Andrew J. Meyer is an associate attorney with Scott, Halsted & Babetch, P.C. His legal experience ranges from property damage, animal control law, and automobile litigation to premises-related litigation and construction law. He has represented both insureds and insurers in these actions, including insurance companies in underinsured motorist claims. Andrew has successfully represented his clients at jury trials and arbitrations in both Cook County and its surrounding counties.
He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association.
Andrew is a 2011 graduate of The John Marshall Law School where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. While at John Marshall, he served on The John Marshall Law Review and was elected to the Editorial Board. Andrew was also selected to compete in the 2011 August A. Rendigs, Jr. National Moot Court Competition.

Kyle McConnell is an associate with Scott, Halsted & Babetch, P.C. His practice focuses in areas including premises liability, automobile negligence, construction negligence, wrongful death, and worker’s compensation. Kyle protects his clients’ interests by defending them throughout all phases of civil litigation including jury trials, arbitrations, and mediations.
Kyle graduated Magna Cum Laude from John Marshall Law School in 2013 where he served as lead articles editor for the John Marshall Law Review Editorial Board and associate justice on the Moot Court Honors Board. He also competed in appellate advocacy competitions, winning Best Petitioner’s Brief at the Evans Constitutional Law Competition in Madison, Wis.
